• Tris Tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano 12, 24 and 36 months:
  It is ideal to be able to try 3 different ages of this product. The 12-month is young with a soft texture, ideal for an aperitif. The 24-month comes in as the undisputed king of the table, its more “mature” texture making it excellent for grating. Finally, the 36-month is perfect for tasting in flakes and goes well with full-bodied wines.
• Lintrigo Bianco Spumante Extradry – Ariola Winery:
  Soft yellow, with an intense, fragrant bouquet. Pleasantly dry and harmonious in flavor. It goes well with aperitifs, fish, cold cuts and cheeses.
