It is an Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil slightly spicy and bitter with a good taste balance,green in color with straw yellow highlights,medium fruity aroma,reminiscent of tomato leaves,chicory and pleasant notes of freshly cut grass.

We recommend its use with grilled vegetables and bruschetta,salads and caprese with mozzarella.
